South East Asia Youth Exchange Network
Welcome to SAYEN (South Asia Youth Exchange Network), the regional association representing 43 districts across South Asia Engaged in the Rotary Youth Exchanged Program.
SAYEN is committed to creating transformative opportunities for young people through cultural immersion and international exchanged experiences that foster personal growth, leadership, mutual respect and global understanding.
SAYEN network of Rotary leaders, volunteers, host families and partner communities works collectively to ensures that every student is welcomed with warmth, care, and the true spirit of Rotary fellowship. We believe that by living, learning and sharing into a new culture with open arms. We believe that by living and learning and sharing cultural together, young people can develop lifelong friendships and become ambassadors of peace and goodwill across nations.
SAYEN provides a dynamic platform for collaboration, learning, and exchange among participating districts, while encouraging students to broaden their perspectives, strengthen intercultural understanding, enhance language and communication skills, and gain meaningful insights into the global community.

The mission of the South Asia Youth Exchange Network (SAYEN) is to strengthen and support Rotary Youth Exchange across South Asia through collaboration, guidance, and shared resources. SAYEN is committed to promoting cultural understanding, global citizenship, international goodwill, and the ideals of peace and unity through meaningful intercultural exchange experiences.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to strengthen Rotary Youth Exchange across South Asia by supporting Rotary Districts in delivering quality exchange programs that promote peace, cultural understanding, international friendship, and global unity.
