Welcome to the South East Asia Youth Exchange Network (SAYEN), a regional organization dedicated to advancing the Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE) program.

MEET SAYEN

Welcome to SAYEN (South Asia Youth Exchange Network), the regional association representing 44 Rotary districts across South Asia and 16 Rotary districts are actively engaged in the Rotary Youth Exchange Program.

We are proud to share that SAYEN has received confirmation and participation support from 14 districts across South Asia, strengthening our collective commitment towards youth exchange, cultural understanding, global friendship, and leadership development through Rotary Youth Exchange.

Learn more about the different programs and initiatives at SAYEN. SAYEN offers online training modules for students, Rotarians, and host families. We also coordinate courses for students, have a standing DEI committee, organize webinars for RYE volunteers, and many other initiatives.

Find a local Rotary club or District Youth Exchange Committee to learn more about Rotary Youth Exchange. The application process typically starts in the fall 1 year in advance.

Rotary Youth Exchanges are administered by local clubs and districts. All applicants must be sponsored by a local Rotary club and district. Rotary clubs exist in most countries and geographical areas, and Youth Exchanges take place in nearly all of them. Each Rotary district has its own application and selection process.
